Job Description:

Understand all curricula and academic policies for the College.

Review and clear graduation applications for the College each semester on a tight deadline.

Promotes classes, recruits students, refers students to other programs and monitors class sizes, Facilitates all student intake, determines class placement, provides class information for teachers.

Achieve daily productivity in the key result areas of the admissions process (setting appointments, conducting interviews, and enrolling students).

Coordinating with the educational consultants for students' mass-conversion.

Organize and create programmatic series to be carried out by each Mentor, Create academic bulletin boards to be utilized by Mentors throughout the academic year.

Organize a calendar of presentations for the semester and meet with student teachers to help plan interesting activities for each meeting.

Completes assessments, referrals, and counseling with students and families.

Coordinating, communicating with the high school and Educational Consultants for admissions recruitment, counseling, outreach and application review.

Provides orientation for new students, parents/guardians, and faculty, Provides information and resource services for students, parents/guardians, and faculty.

Should give information about colleges and universities and what is required to get admission in them.
